Trouble in the Crib

Uh-oh. We're in real trouble now. Vaughn has officially learned how to climb out of his crib. He's been trying at it for weeks now, and just this afternoon when I put him down I could hear him up to something in there, and a few minutes later he opened up his door and walked right out of his room with a huge smile on his face. We went through this process about 5 times, and each time he was a little more quick than the last, before finally giving up. He's also very skilled now at climbing in and out of the tub, turning faucets on (and stopping the drains), turning on the dishwasher, opening doors and climbing on everything. The only thing he hasn't figured out is how to unlock dead bolts, and how to turn the car on and off...but it's only a matter of time. I'm just worried that we're going to wake up in the middle of the night with the bathtub stopped, the water running and flooding our whole house, and Vaughn wandering down the street in the middle of the night. Any suggestions from you schooled parents (or just you very creative problem solvers)? I found this crib tent online:
But it's almost $80, and there's no way I'm paying that much for it. Rick suggested barbed wire. Hummm...
Well, if any of you see my child wandering down your street in the middle of the night...please return him to us.
